COVID-19 Update

On behalf of Resort Properties Vacations family, we want to assure you that your safety and well-being remain our top priority.

Our guests are our #1 priority and it is important that we keep our guests and our employees safe and healthy. The impact of Covid-19 has given us an opportunity to restructure some procedures and take additional steps to ensure that you stay healthy while staying with us. We want you all to know that we are here to help you however we can. We do currently have limited hours and are available from 9AM to 5PM daily. 

Contactless/Virtual Check In

We are encouraging guests to take necessary steps to feel safe, all while following the social distancing guidelines. We have made it possible for guests to sign their reservation documents prior to arrival. That provides the opportunity for them to go straight to their vacation rental condo without having to stop by the front office. 

The front office is still available to check guests in and we welcome those that would like to check in at the office as we love seeing our guests! We would like to ask that you please limit the number of people in your party that come into the office for check-in. The person whose name is on the reservation is the only person necessary to come into the office to check-in. A valid government issued ID will be asked for to complete the check-in process so please be sure to bring that into the office with you. 

Extra Cleaning Measures

 As a company, we have high standards when it concerns the cleanliness of our vacation rentals. Our normal routine consists of a thorough cleaning and two inspections prior to arrival. Our team is taking additional steps to thoroughly sanitize and promote a safe environment for vacationers, as well as for our employees. 

Our housekeeping and maintenance staff both work diligently to ensure a properly maintained property. Employees take extra measures that include routine hand-washing and using cleaning products specified to combat Covid-19. 

Our maintenance department is using this time to pressure wash all properties, bleach all pool furniture, paint handrails and ensure a clean and beautifully represented resort for our guests to return to when travelling is permitted. 

Please note that we do not offer daily housekeeping service during your stay. We provide an ample amount of towels for the condo size you vacation in and there is a washer and dryer for you to refresh towels if necessary. 

Cancellation Policies

We hope you will take the time to read over our cancellation policy as we share details that you will need to know should you want to reschedule or cancel your vacation with us. If you are concerned you may not be able to make your trip to Pigeon Forge, we recommend guests take advantage of our Vacation Guarantee/Travel Insurance at the time of booking.


For those that would like to do a contactless check-out, guests can drop their keys off through the “key drop slot” on the front door at the office. Otherwise, please bring all keys to the front desk to complete check-out. 


Should maintenance have to enter your vacation condo during your stay, we have two options.
1. Maintenance enters while the vacation rental is vacant. This can be either while guests are out enjoying themselves in town or while taking advantage of the amenities on-site.
2. Should the guests be in the condo, they must go to a separate room while maintenance is taking care of the issue.
This is for the health and safety of our guests, as well as, our staff.
